Ricardo Hall, FCA, JP
Ricardo Hall is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (ICAJ). He earned his professional qualifications in accountancy and business management from the internationally respected Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Additionally, he is a trained Management Consultant (certified in ISO 20700:2017) and is listed among the trained consultants on the CMC-Global - IMC Caribbean list of trained consultants.
With more than 18 years of experience in auditing and accounting, Mr. Hall specializes in performance (value for money) audits. He possesses a high level of expertise in evaluating both operational and financial performance, as well as analyzing the effectiveness of corporate governance, including internal control systems and risk management at both the enterprise and operational levels. Mr. Hall also brings strong analytical, critical thinking, and report writing abilities. His extensive background includes developing operational frameworks and tools to help organizations align business processes with strategic objectives.

Petal Hall, MBA, JP
Petal Hall is an accomplished banker with over 20 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry. She earned a Master of Business Administration in General Management from the Mona School of Business at the University of the West Indies, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Banking and Finance and a minor in International Business from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
Mrs. Hall possesses extensive expertise in customer service, sales, banking, credit, risk management, and has comprehensive knowledge of both residential and commercial real estate markets. Her proficiency in mortgage consultancy enables her to guide potential buyers through the entire process of building their real estate investment portfolios. She is also a licensed real estate salesperson and a member of the Realtors Association of Jamaica. As a highly regarded customer service specialist, Mrs. Hall delivers world-class customer service and sales solutions to organizations seeking to enhance their customer experiences. She is also adept at advising aspiring business owners on developing, structuring, and launching successful business plans.
